Harvest 2014
This Harvest season at Wisewood, we have a whole weekend of celebrations!
Friday 26th is our monthly Chippy Church evening, 6:30pm
Saturday 27th we have a Harvest Supper, 6pm. Tickets are £3 from Sue Russell and include a ploughman's or huntsman's meal. The Wisewood Community Singers will also be performing. If you want to contribute to the entertainment, please also speak to Sue.
Sunday 28th is a Variety Church Harvest Festival Special. There will be the usual range of activities, this month including baking bread, making nature pictures, a quiet reflection area, and learning a funky samba song! 10:30am. We will be collecting donations of non-perishable food stuffs to give to Share at PXI. They would particularly appreciate mashed/tinned potatoes, tinned meats, tinned fish, tinned vegetables, cereals, UHT milk, and (small) coffee.
