Table Top Sale on Saturday 11th June, 10:00am-12:30pm, at Wisewood church, in the main hall, raising funds for Brain Tumour Research and Support across Yorkshire.

District Celebration Service at The Crossing Church, Worksop, on Sunday 12th June, at 4:00pm. Ordinands testimonies incl. from Will Fletcher of Sheffield Circuit.

Worship Consultation. The next meeting will be on Tuesday 14th June at 7:30pm. Local preachers, PowerPoint operators, stewards and organists, this meeting is for you. Please book the date.

Voting Day. The church will be used as a polling station for the EU referendum on Thursday 23rd June, all day.

'Songs of Praise'. The morning service on Sunday 3rd July will take the form of a 'Songs of Praise'. If you have a suggestion for a hymn to be included in this service, please inform John G. on or before Sunday 19th June. Thank you.

A Summer Concert will be performed at Wisewood Church, on Saturday 9th July, at 7:30pm, by the City of Sheffield Teachers' Choir and Chester-le-Street Community choir, to celebrate the Queen's 90th birthday and the 400th anniversary of Shakespeare's death. For tickets, please speak to Joan W., Marjorie C. or John G.

To All Groups Using Church: before leaving the premises, please ensure you switch off all lights, in particular the toilet lights. We are trying to minimise our utility bills. For 2015/16 the total cost of electricity, gas and water was £6,000 (£120 per week). Thank you for your co-operation. Cliff & Stuart.

A Mind Apart Club is a drama group which takes place every Friday 5:00-6:00pm, at church. Suitable for children aged 5-11 years. For more details, see Cliff.

Syrian Aid. If you have or know of a space roughly the size of a double garage that can be used to store and sort clothing and water to be taken out to Syria in two months' time, please see Becca.

“The Servant Queen and the King She Serves” published by the Bible Society - copies of this book have been ordered. Watch out for them! For further details, please speak to Joan B.

The Prayer Group were enjoying some time away last week. They will meet again this weekend. All welcome to join on Saturday/Sunday mornings at 9:00am. In the absence of a report, please pray for each other and the world. There is a prayer request book on the welcome desk.
