Next Worship Meeting for stewards, local preachers, worship leaders, musicians, etc... will be on Tuesday 10th January at 7:30pm, in the Owlerton Room.
Sheffield Fire and Rescue Service will visit Wisewood Church on Wednesday 11th January, at 10:00am, in order to check our premises. It will not disturb any groups in the building at that time. Thanks.
The Covenant Service this year will be on Sunday 15th January at 10:30am, led by Katie L.

Next Cafe Church will be on Sunday 29th January at 10:30am. Cafe Church is a more informal style service, held in the church hall and seated around tables, to encourage discussion and a different style of worshipping, all while also having the opportunity to be refreshed with tea, coffee, juice and pastries! Suitable for all ages. Do come along and enjoy!
Prayer Corner. As part of working at Wisewood on a Monday, Katie has been setting up a Prayer Corner in the entrance area. There are seasonal prayer activities that everyone is welcome to spend time with and use. It has had prayer activities to do with Harvest and Autumn in October and, during November, it had a memory wall to remember people who had died and had all of the names of those we remembered at the memorial service. At the moment the winter prayer corner has a Christmas tree for prayer requests which can be written on the baubles hanging on the tree and snowflakes to be taken away as a reminder that we are unique and special. The space is there for everyone to interact with and use, so please feel welcome to use the space. Also keep an eye out for when Katie changes the activities in the prayer corner!
