'Reel' Life - Film 'Darkest Hour' (PG) with Gary Oldman as Winston Churchill, directed by Joe Wright, will be shown on Friday 9th November at 7:30pm in the church hall, with refreshments, followed by a short discussion. Katie.

Are you green fingered? We are looking for a small team of people to look after the garden at the front of the church, which especially needs a little bit of tending to before winter. If you could help, please speak to Howard B.

Sheffield Teachers' Choir presents 'A Celebration of 50 years' on Saturday 10th November at 7:30pm at Holy Trinity Church, Grove Rd, Millhouses, Sheffield S7 2HB. Tickets: £10 adult, £8 concession (60+ and students), free for under 16’s, are available at the door or from Joan W. /

Remembrance Service on Sunday 11th November at 10:45am at Hillsborough Trinity Methodist Church, led by Rev'd Katie. A service of remembrance to commemorate 100 years since the end of World War One and an opportunity to pray and hope together for peace. A united parade service for the communities of Brightholmlee, Hillsborough Trinity and Wisewood Methodist Churches. Katie.

Memorial Service on Sunday 18th November at 3:00pm led by Rev'd Katie. An act of worship which will include an opportunity to pause and remember loved ones who have died. You are welcome to bring a picture of your loved ones to display during the service. Katie.

The Christmas Fair will be on Saturday 24th November, 11:00am-2:00pm. If you have anything suitable for the stalls, please bring them to church. This will be my last year to organise this event. If anyone would like to take over, please let me know. Thanks. Sue Ru.

Shoebox Service will take place on Sunday 25th November at 10:30am and will be led by Rev'd Katie Leonowicz and Mrs Joan Bugg. It will be an all age service.
