Advent Banners. Katie would like to say a great big thank you to the banner group (Denise, Julie, Margaret, Dorothy, Helen, Annette, Jenny and Jill) for their beautiful work in creating banners to use during Advent and Christmas (see below). They have really enhanced our journey through Advent this year.
New Year's Eve Service on Sunday 31st December at 10:30am, led by Joan Bugg.
No 6:15pm Service on Sunday 31st December at Wisewood.
Medicins Sans Frontieres. As in previous years, an area at the back of church will be available for those members wishing to send greetings to their friends at Wisewood. The charity this year chosen to receive donations in lieu of cards is 'Medicins Sans Frontieres' which means 'Doctors Without Borders'. Many of the doctors and staff, seen on your television screens, working in war torn areas of the world, are supported and financed by this charity. Margaret Taylor.
A BIG thank you to everyone for all the events you have helped and supported over the last few weeks. Many things simply do not happen without you and especially those jobs you think go unnoticed!
