Easter Holiday Fun Day is to be held in and around RIVA on Wednesday 11th April, between 10:00am and 1:00pm. There will be various children's activities (including crafts and bouncy castle), tombola, etc... plus lunches and other refreshments provided by RIVA. Do come along and invite your friends and neighbours. Margatet P.

The Community Singers will NOT be meeting on Thursday 12th April. Tim.

Church Alarm - The alarm system is to be serviced on Friday afternoon 13th April and therefore the building will be unavailable between 12noon and 5:00pm. Thank you for your cooperation in this matter. David Bis. 

Family Friendly Film Evening - On Friday 13th April at 5:30pm we will be watching Pete’s Dragon (PG). Please bring some snacks and feel free to share! There will also be Pete’s Dragon theme crafts. All ages welcome, but please can children be accompanied. Katie.

Gordon Adams' (who died unexpectedly before Christmas) Memorial Service will be on Sunday 15th April, at 2:00pm at Brightholmlee Methodist Church. All are welcome to come and celebrate Gordon’s life.

Church Council Meeting - Tuesday 17th April, at 7:30pm.

Thank you all my Wisewood friends who sent me cards and greetings during my recent stay in hospital. Following on from that, I received lots of cards and phone calls as I celebrated my 90th birthday. I'm so grateful for having wonderful Christian friends surrounding me.
Kath W. also wishes to thank those who remembered her 90th birthday, three days before mine. Marjorie.

Big Brekkie - Advance date for your diaries! On Saturday 5th May, in the morning, there will be a Big Brekkie at church, to support Christian Aid. Times to be confirmed. Any willing volunteers to help, please speak to Sue B.

May Fair – Saturday 12th May 11:00am-2:00pm. The stalls for the May Fair will include books, cakes, cards, fair trade, plants, pound stall, raffle, refreshments (including lunches) and toys/games. If you have any items for the above stalls we will be very pleased to receive them on (or before) Friday afternoon 11th May. Please see Enid regarding offers of cakes.
