Psalm 51 v.1-2

Gordon's 90th Birthday will be next week. We really want to mark this occasion by sending him a communal card from all his church family rather than lots of separate ones. There will be a card in the foyer on Sunday morning. Would you all please write your best wishes on it and then we can give it to Margaret T. during coffee? Thank you. Bridget.

Message from Katie - As we are almost at the end of another Connexional year, I wanted to say a big thank you to you all for everything you do for Wisewood, from the jobs people see to the little jobs you think no-one else notices. None of it goes unnoticed or unappreciated, so thank you! God Bless, Katie.

Many thanks to all who phoned, called or sent cards during my recent absences. Your kindness, love and prayers were beneficial and much appreciated. A big thank you, too, to those who kept the organ playing during that time. Thank you all. Trevor.

'The Plastic Planet' - Under The Stars drama group will be performing 'The Plastic Planet' in the Bamforth Building on 57 Burton Street on Wednesday 29th August at 1:00pm. For more information, ring Julie on 07437 975426. Free entry. Simon.
